International Seminar on Solar Energy

An International Seminar on SOLAR ENERGY was held in the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Bengaluru. It was inaugurated by Dr Shailesh Nayak, Director, NIAS. He also released the Seminar Procedings. Dr R G Nadadur, President, EAB, presided. Technical Papers were presented by Professor Komala Krishnaswamy, Texas, USA; Dr M Sameena, ISRO; Professor Praveen Ramamurthy, IISc and Professor, Subba Reddy, IISc. There was also a Poster Competition for school students. Nearly 200 persons participated in this memorable event.
